Wright Rain Irrigation was founded 47 years ago by Mr Jack Wright to supply irrigation equipment to the agricultural industry. Under Jack Wright’s innovative and pioneering leadership, the company grew dramatically in the late 1950’s by which time many large overseas contracts were undertaken in many developing countries, especially in sub-Sahara Africa.

Wright Rain has been a leader and one of the best known names in irrigation throughout the world since that time and was awarded the Royal Warrant and achieved the Queens Award for Export.

The company now conducts business in two main market sectors: -

UK Agricultural Clean and WasteWater Irrigation.
Agricultural Irrigation Overseas.

The business in the UK is carried out via an established dealer network serviced, together with the Export business, from the central sales and distribution center at Ringwood in Hampshire.

Wright Rain has it’s own range of aluminium pipe and cast aluminium fittings, sprinklers, pumps and hose reel irrigation machines together with ranges of specialist drip irrigation, centre pivot and linear move irrigators.

The company carries out the major manufacturing work in the UK, Italy and Spain and has close associations with a number of companies throughout the World in order to compete effectively and competitively on international tenders.

Where major tenders require large scale funding requirements and large PLC company resources, Wright Rain operates with a small consortium of UK companies to provide the necessary financial and structural resources.

Wright Rain is particularly experienced in the supply of equipment with the associated design, installation and project management capabilities for turnkey projects worldwide.
